    Directions

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a large ovenproof dish.

    Step 2

    Beat together milk, eggs, mayonnaise and mustard in a large bowl.

    Step 3

    Squeeze the water out of the bread and crumble it into the egg mixture together with tuna, onion and herbs.

    Step 4

    Season with salt and pepper and transfer to the ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for approx 30 mins until set and golden. Serve with chips and salad.
