Raspberry Chia Pudding (Vegan, GF)

This is a healthy fruity pudding or breakfast – you can warm it up in a microwave if you don’t like your breakfast cold out of the fridge. This will make 4 coffee-cup portions (my daughter polished one of them before I got a chance to take the picture 🙂 )

You can make it no-added-sugar by leaving out the maple syrup or honey.

    Step 1

    Put all ingredients into a bowl, stir well together, divide between 4 coffee cups, and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
