Directions
Place the chicken fillets onto a chopping board, cover with cling film and flatten with a rolling pin or a meat mallet so it is really thin.
Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Put a slice of ham on top and roll each fillet up. Secure with cocktail sticks.
Put the rolls into a baking dish, pour over the cream and sprinkle with any cheese that is left on the chopping board.
Bake at 200°C for 35-40 mins, depending on size of the rolls. Remove the cocktail sticks before serving and serve with potato mash and salad or rice.
