Potato, sausage and vegetable bake

    Step 1

    Peel the potatoes and cut in small cubes; cook in a pan of boiling salted water for 5 mins; drain.

    Step 2

    Coarsely grate the sausage and stir into the potatoes together with the frozen vegetables. Transfer into an ovenproof dish.

    Step 3

    Put the milk in a small bowl, add eggs, mustard, paprika, salt, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce; whisk until combined and pour over the potato mixture.

    Step 4

    Bake at 200°C for 10 mins, then sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for further 20 mins until golden.
