    Directions

    Step 1

    Heat the oil in a pan, add onion, carrot, garlic and celery and gently cook for about 5 mins.

    Step 2

    Add peas and stock, bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 30 mins.

    Step 3

    Blend until smooth, season to taste and serve.
