Directions
Step 1
Put the oats and all dried fruit in a bowl and pour in he tea. Leave to soak until the tea cools down to lukewarm.
Step 2
In another bowl mix together all dry ingredients and stir them into the wet ingredients tgether with the egg.
Step 3
Pour the mixture into a loaf tin lined with baking paper and baked in a preheated oven at 170°C for approx. 50-60mins (check with a skewer).
