Meatball bake

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a large ovenproof dish.

    Step 2

    In a large bowl mix together onion, garlic, parsley, minced beef, flour, mustard and 1 egg.

    Step 3

    Season well with salt and pepper and roll the mixture into 6 meatballs.

    Step 4

    Arrange the meatballs into the prepared dish.

    Step 5

    Beat the remaining 3 eggs with the crème fraîche, add paprika, marjoram and a pinch of salt.

    Step 6

    Pour this mixture over the meatballs and bake for 30-35 mins until golden. Serve with potatoes.
