“Melt in your mouth” drumsticks

1kg chicken drumsticks

200ml/7 fl oz passata

200ml/7 fl oz ketchup

2 tbsp soy sauce

3 tbsp brown sugar

3 cloves garlic, crushed

Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 150°C (fan) and put the drumsticks into a large ovenproof dish.

Step 2

Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the drumsticks.

Step 3

Cover with tin foil and bake for 3 hours. Serve with roast potatoes, chips, mash or whatever you fancy.
