Baked apple and crushed biscoff dessert

Ingredients

    Directions

    Step 1

    Peel, de-core and chop up apple, place in a microwaveable bowl

    Step 2

    Add stevia and cinnamon to apple and mix

    Step 3

    Cover bowl with cling film and place in microwave on full power for 2 minutes

    Step 4

    Place biscoff biscuit into a freezer bag and bash until in crumbs

    Step 5

    If using, add biscoff spread to a ramekin and once apple has finished cooking, place spread in microwave on half power for 30 minutes.

    Step 6

    Place Greek yoghurt onto apple followed by crushed biscuit and if using, drizzle melted spread on top of dessert.

    Step 7

    Serve warm and enjoy
