This recipe is basic but versatile. I love to add in a dash of Bailey’s but you can add whatever you like – strawberries finely chopped, Nutella, chocolate, you name it. You’ll probably have all of the ingredients on your kitchen so experiment and have fun. A super handy dinner party dessert, especially as it’s individual portions!

Ingredients

    Directions

    Step 1

Add a full tub of cream cheese (200g) to a bowl. Add in a generous helping of caster sugar (I go by taste) to sweeten, a teaspoon of vanilla essence and about four tablespoons of whipped cream. Beat the mixture until smooth with a fork - if it’s too bitter at this stage, add more sugar.

    Step 2

Set aside your topping and get to work on the base. Bash four digestive biscuits until they’re a fine crumb, melt a tablespoon of butter in a pan and mix together.

    Step 3

Pick out your nicest glasses and press the base into the bottom of both then top with your topping. Pop into the fridge until you’re ready to eat and top how you like!
