Directions
Cook the gnocchi according to the packet instructions.
Heat the oil in a pan, add onion and gently cook for 3 mins.
Add garlic and cook for another 2 mins.
Add tuna, tomatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook for another 5 mins.
Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C and lightly grease 2 small shallow ovenproof dishes.
Stir the cooked gnocchi into the tomato and tuna mixture and divide between the dishes.
Top each dish with 2 slices of cheese and bake for 10 mins until the cheese is golden.
