Creamy chicken, sweetcorn and leek pasta

    Step 1

    Cook the pasta in a pan of salted boiling water; drain.

    Step 2

    Heat the oil in a large pan, add the chopped chicken breasts and fry for 3 mins.

    Step 3

    Add leek and fry for another 3 mins, then add sweetcorn and cook for further 2 mins.

    Step 4

    Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper and cook for 4-5 mins.

    Step 5

    Stir in half of the grated cheese and the cooked pasta.

    Step 6

    Serve topped with the remaining cheese.
