    Step 1

    Add a dash of oil in the pan, and add in the chopped onions. Fry for few minutes and add all the spices and the minced garlic cloves.

    Step 2

    Cook for few minutes and add the butternut squash cut in cubes. Fry for 3-4 minutes, and the coconut milk and tomatoes. Cook on low heat for 25 minutes-until the cubes become soft. Serve with cauliflower rice or regular rice. Enjoy!
