Chicken Stuffed and Wrapped in Maple Bacon

4 medium chicken breast


    Step 1

    Add cream cheese to a bowl, add pepper, dill, chives, and garlic salt to cheese mix well, set aside.

    Step 2

    Trim chicken breast of grizzel if any, gently slice through the thickest part of the fillet, Careful to not cut through all the way. Gently open the pockets up and season with black pepper. Add cream filling mixture into the chicken pockets leave a little space at the edges.

    Step 3

    Fold the chicken in on itself one side at a time .. take your bacon slice starting under the fillet and wrap around taking other pieces as you need. Secure with toothpicks on each end.

    Step 4

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees with rack pre-oiled and preheated place wrapped breast on to the baking tray and cook for 35 mins turning the tray around after 20 mins. Let rest for 3 mins on cooking tray and Serve.

    Step 5

    I steamed broccoli stems then seared them in a little butter. Sliced maris piper potatoes skin on. Olive Oil and a little chicken salt. 25 mins 150 in the Ninja
