These muffins taste so good you’d never know they take so little effort and time to make!

    Directions

    Step 1

    Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, add all wet ingredients and quickly mix together with an electric mixer (for 10 seconds max.)

    Step 2

    Pour into a 12-hole muffin tin lined with muffin cases and bake at 180°C for approx.15 mins or until a skewer inserted into one of the muffins comes out clean.
