    Step 1

    1. Whisk wet ingredients in large bowl 2. Add all dry ingredients 3. Oven preheated to 180c 4. Pour mixture into greased loaf tin 5. Score centre with a knife 6. Place in oven for 45-50 min 7. Remove and leave cool on wired rack
