Pork and carrot casserole

    Step 1

    Heat the oil in a large pan, add onion and cook for a minute, stirring.

    Step 2

    Add pork and fry for a few mins, stirring, until the meat is sealed.

    Step 3

    Add caraway seeds, stir, then add flour and stir well.

    Step 4

    Add carrots, stock cube, season with salt and pepper and pour in the water.

    Step 5

    Transfer to a pressure cooker and cook for 25 mins (if you don’t have a pressure cooker, just cover the meat with water, cover and cook until the meat and carrots are tender, stirring occasionally and adding more water if necessary). Serve with potatoes.
