    Step 1

    Heat the oil in a large pan, add onion and bacon and fry on a high heat for 3-5 mins.

    Step 2

    Add pork chops and dried herbs and fry on both sides until sealed, lower the heat, cover the pan and cook for 10-15 mins until tender, adding a little water if necessary.

    Step 3

    Add cream and cheese to the pan and cook for a few mins until the sauce thickens. Serve with rice.
