    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C/fan 180°C and grease a shallow ovenproof dish.

    Step 2

    Cook the cauliflower florets in a pan of boiling water for 5 mins, drain and season with salt.

    Step 3

    Whisk together flour, milk and eggs until smooth, then stir in the cauliflower.

    Step 4

    Bake in the oven for approx 30 mins or until golden. Serve as a side dish or as a vegetarian main meal with potatoes.
