Baked asparagus with prosciutto and brie

Ingredients

    Directions

    Step 1

    Cut off and discard the coarse woody ends of the asparagus stalks, then put the asparagus into a large pan of boiling water. Add a good pinch of salt and simmer for 10 mins.

    Step 2

    Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan 200°C.

    Step 3

    Drizzle some olive oil on the bottom of two shallow ovenproof dishes.

    Step 4

    Divide the asparagus between the two dishes, top with prosciutto strips and slices of brie.

    Step 5

    Bake in the preheated oven for 10 mins and serve as a starter or a side dish.
