Wholegrain rice with cabbage and tofu

    Step 1

    Cook the rice according to the packet instructions.

    Step 2

    While the rice is cooking, heat 2 tbsp oil in a large pan, add onion and fry for 3mins. Then add the cabbage, season with some salt and stir-fry for 3mins. Add marjoram, caraway seeds and water, cover and cook for 10-15mins, adding a little more water if it starts sticking to the bottom of the pan.

    Step 3

    While the cabbage is cooking, cut the tofu into small cubes about 1cm size. Drizzle with soy sauce and stir-fry it in 1 tbsp oil until golden.

    Step 4

    When everything is cooked, stir together the rice, cabbage and tofu. Season to taste and serve.
