This recipe is the perfect way to use up leftover mashed potatoes. Even better it only needs 2 ingredients.
Ingredients
Directions
Sprinkle a clean surface with flour. Place the leftover mashed potatoes and 3/4 cup of flour. Knead with your hands.
Gradually add more flour as needed to reach a dough like consistency.
Cut into 4 equal pieces and roll into long strips.
Cut into gnocchi sized pieces.
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add gnocchi and cook for 3 minutes.
Serve with sauce of choice and enjoy!
