Vegan Cinnamon Rolls

These are super easy to do but they just take time😊

To top these off I just put some icing sugar glaze on top but ya need to let them cool down beforehand





    Step 1

    Preheat the oven at 180°C. Place the butter and milk into a bowl and melt in the microwave for 50, mixing every 10 seconds.

    Step 2

    Spread the Yeast over the milk and butter mixture, leaving it untouched for 10 mins

    Step 3

    Add the sugar and mix gently though, then gradually add flour and mix

    Step 4

    Remove dough remove the bowl and roll it out, kneading it lightly while gently sprinkling flour on top

    Step 5

    Rub some oil around the bowl and place the dough in it, placing a towel over it and leaving to rise for approx 1hr

    Step 6

    After leaving it to rest, take the dough and begin to knee it, then rolling it out out

    Step 7

    For the filling, mix both sugars and cinnamon in a bowl

    Step 8

    Melt the butter in the microwave for 20 seconds and spread on the rolled out dough, then sprinkle the filling

    Step 9

    Begin rolling the dough and then cut. Rub the butter on a baking tray and add the cinnamon rolls in.

    Step 10

    Place in the oven for 15 mins and then for 5 mins at 150°C
