Veg Shepherds Pie with sweet potato mash, topped with toasted breadcrumbs

This is a very tasty dish. I mixed 2 recipes and the addition of the toasted breadcrumbs with fresh rosemary, garlic, Lemon zest and oil really takes this meal up a notch. We served this with roasted Asparagus. I placed the asparagus on an oven dish and sprayed with olive oil. I then minced 2 garlic cloves, sprinkled lots of pepper, a pinch of salt and a good grating of Parmesan over the Asparagus. Cook on 200C for 10 minutes & it’s perfectly delicious. Enjoy 😊
