Turkey breast with leek and mushrooms

    Directions

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease an ovenproof dish.

    Step 2

    Arrange half of the turkey fillets on the bottom of the dish, season with salt, sprinkle with paprika and grated cheese.

    Step 3

    Cover with sliced mushrooms and leek and arrange the other half of the turkey fillets on top.

    Step 4

    Cover with slices of bacon, pour over the fresh cream and bake for approx 30 mins until the bacon is golden and the turkey is cooked through.
