Sweet Chilli Sauce

Heat the oil in a small saucepan, add onion and chilli and cook on a low heat for 5 mins until soft.

Add garlic and cook for another minute.

Add orange juice, honey, vinegar and ketchup. Stir well, bring to the boil and take off the heat.
