Steaks in creamy mushroom sauce

    Step 1

    Season the steaks with salt and pepper and sprinkle with flour on both sides.

    Step 2

    Heat the oil in a large pan and fry steaks for 4 mins on each side until there are no pink juices.

    Step 3

    Turn down the heat, pour in the cream, stir in the ketchup, worcestershire sauce and mushrooms.

    Step 4

    Gently simmer for 4-5 mins and serve with roast potatoes.
