Spicy egg spread




    Step 1

    Peel the eggs and cut in half. Put the egg yolks into a small bowl and finely chop the egg whites.

    Step 2

    Mash the egg yolks with mustard, add cream cheese and crème fraîche.

    Step 3

    Add egg whites, gherkins, anchovies, capers and onion and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Tastes great on crusty brown bread.
