Spicy chicken and vegetable sizzler skewers with rice and flat breads

With summer around the corner there is no better time then the present to start learning more summer sizzler dishes for all of the family to enjoy.

This dish is sure to be a crowd pleaser and will satisfy all your taste buds. It is a great favourite of mine and I hope it will be one of yours too.



    Step 1

    Preheat the grill to 200 degrees.

    Step 2

    Chop the chicken breasts into chunks and place in a bowl with the hot sauce and mix, set aside. Then Chop all the vegetables into chunks.

    Step 3

    Boil the carrots and the rice separately until cooked.

    Step 4

    Place the chicken and vegetables onto the skewers and set aside on a baking tray.

    Step 5

    Mix the yogurt and self raising flour together until it forms a ball, place it in the fridge for 5 minutes to rest and then proceed to roll them out to your desired thickness.

    Step 6

    Preheat your grill pan for the flat breads.

    Step 7

    Put the chicken skewers into the grill for 15 minutes.

    Step 8

    Place the flat breads into the pan and flip half way through cooking until they are golden brown.

    Step 9

    Drain the rice.

    Step 10

    Serve and enjoy ❤️
