    Step 1

    Mix together olive oil, salt, paprika, thyme, oregano and garlic to make a paste.

    Step 2

    Spread over the meat and leave to marinate for a while (ideally overnight).

    Step 3

    Fry on a non-stick pan for 4-5 mins each side (depending on the thickness of chops) until browned and cooked through. Serve with potato puree or chips.
