    Step 1

    Scrub the raw potatoes leaving the skin on. Cut them into wedges and spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with salt, paprika, caraway seeds and marjoram.

    Step 2

    Drizzle with oil and stir with your hands to make sure the potatoes are evenly coated in oil and spices.

    Step 3

    Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 35-45 mins until golden.
