Roast Pork Cutlets with Pineapple & Ginger

Delicious crispy pork and juicy caramelised pineapple.
Cooking time may vary pending on the size of cutlets so ensure they are cooked thoroughly and piping hot in the centre. The water helps the pork to steam a little and not dry out.
Really tasty and could  be served with rice, noodles or roast potatoes.



    Step 1

    Preheat oven to 200C

    Step 2

    Season pork with salt and pepper & place in roasting dish

    Step 3

    Add pineapple, ginger, water, soy sauce

    Step 4

    Roast for 10 minutes, then turn cutlets and reduce heat to 180C, cook for a further 20-25 minutes until crispy, piping hot throughout.

    Step 5

    Drizzle with a little toasted sesame oil & add spring onion before serving
