    Step 1

    Spread the mayo on two slices of bread, and put a slice of cheese on each bread.

    Step 2

    Spread half a teaspoon of mango chutney on top of the cheese, add peppers and spinach.

    Step 3

    Top with the remaining two slices of bread and toast in a deep fill sandwich toaster or a Panini press.
