Red grape cake




    Step 1

    Dust the grapes with a little of the flour and put the rest of the flour together with baking powder and sugar into a bowl. Add the eggs, one at a time and beat well. Pour in the oil, mix and add the grapes into the mixture. Grease a square tin, pour in the mixture and bake for 45-60mins at 180°C until golden. Leave to cool, cut to slices, dust with sugar and serve.
