    Step 1

    • Preheat tapas dishes if you have them in a hot oven. • Place a frying pan over a medium heat and add the olive oil and butter, followed by the garlic and chilli – cook for two minutes. • Then toss in the fresh prawns, followed by the paprika, sherry and lemon. Cook for a further five minutes. • Serve immediately, transferring to the hot tapas dishes, and toss through the herbs. Serve with lemon wedges and crusty bread to mop up the yummy juices
