Potato, mushroom and ham bake

    Step 1

    Parboil the potatoes in a pan of boiling water for 5 mins; drain.

    Step 2

    Preheat the oven to 210°C/fan 190°C and lightly grease and ovenproof dish.

    Step 3

    Arrange half of the potatoes on the bottom of the dish, season with salt and pepper, add onion slices, mushrooms, ham and cover with the remaining potatoes.

    Step 4

    Whisk together milk and cream cheese and pour over the potatoes. Bake for approx 40 mins until golden.
