    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a large rectangular baking dish.

    Step 2

    Put all the ingredients except the plums and cinnamon into a bowl and beat with a blender until smooth. Pour into the baking dish.

    Step 3

    Drain the plums, cut them in half and remove the stones. Then arrange them on top of the mixture in the tin.

    Step 4

    Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 20-25 mins until a skewer inserted in the middle of the cake comes out clean. Leave to cool, cut into squares and serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
