    Step 1

    Spread the pitta breads with the tomato puree and sprinkle with a tiny bit of oregano. Then sprinkle with cheddar and all your toppings, finish with a few slices of mozzarella on top.

    Step 2

    Preheat the oven to 190°C and carefully put the loaded pitta breads straight on the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 4-5mins until crispy.
