Onion and tomato tart

    Step 1

    Put the flour and butter into a large bowl and rub the butter into the flour, adding 2 tbsp of cold water as you go to make smooth dough. Roll out the dough and press it into a flan dish. Place in a fridge for an hour.

    Step 2

    In the meantime gently fry the onions in the oil until soft and lightly golden, leave to cool.

    Step 3

    Spread the cooked onions over the chilled pastry base and cover with tomatoes. Sprinkle with oregano and season with salt.

    Step 4

    Sprinkle with salami and cheese and arrange anchovies on top.

    Step 5

    Sprinkle olives on top and bake at 200°C for 25-30 mins.
