Mushroom and olive pizza




    Step 1

    Make the dough by mixing the flour, yeast, oil and water – I put all ingredients into my bread maker and select the “dough” program. Let the dough rise, you can leave it for several hours. When you’re ready to make the pizza, roll out the dough and stretch it onto a lightly oiled baking sheet. Spread tomato sauce on top, sprinkle with dried oregano and lots of grated cheddar and add toppings of your choice.

    Step 2

    Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for approx.15 mins until crispy and golden.
