Minced beef and cheese rolls

    Step 1

    Mix together minced beef, onion, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, cornflour and egg.

    Step 2

    Soak the bread slice in some water, then squeeze out and add to the meat mixture.

    Step 3

    Season well with salt and pepper and divide into 4 portions.

    Step 4

    Shape a flat round from each portion, put a cheese stick in the middle, wrap around and roll until the shape is even and the cheese is hidden inside.

    Step 5

    Dip each piece in breadcrumbs to coat and bake at 210°C/fan 190°C for 40-45 mins. Serve with mashed potatoes.
