Turkey (or pork) mince rolls in creamy sauce

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C and lightly grease a baking dish.

    Step 2

    Put the mince and eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper and mash well with your hands. Shape into 9 sausages.

    Step 3

    Put each sausage on a slice of ham and roll up.

    Step 4

    Arrange the rolls into the prepared baking dish, mix together the cream and ketchup and pour over the rolls.

    Step 5

    Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for 30-35 mins. Serve with mashed potatoes.
