Meatballs with courgettes and babycorn

    In a large bowl mix together mince beef, onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, papika, marjoram and basil. Shape the meat mixture into 18 balls and put them on a baking tray. Mix together tomato puree with ketchup and pour over the meatballs. Bake in a preheated oven (200ºC) for 40 minutes. While the meatballs are in the oven, cut the courgette into large matchsticks. Heat the olive oil in a pan, throw in the courgettes and babycorns, season with dried garlic and fry for a few minutes. Take the meatballs out of the oven and serve with courgettes and babycorns and potato puree.
