Meatballs in creamy sauce

    Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease an ovenproof dish.

    Step 2

    Put all ingredients for the meatballs in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Shape into 9 meatballs and put them in the prepared dish. Bake for 20 mins.

    Step 3

    Put the cream, ketchup and tomato puree in a small saucepan and bring to the boil. Season to taste and pour over the meatballs. Cover with sliced cheddar and return to the oven for further 15-20 mins. Serve with potatoes.
