Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C and rinse a baking sheet with cold water (do not dry).
Mix together chopped ham, cheddar, crème fraîche and cream cheese.
Cut the pastry into 8 squares and spoon the cheesy mixture in the middle of each square.
Bring together the opposite corners of each square and pinch well, do the same with the remaining two corners, pinching well in the middle.
Bake for 15-18 mins until golden.
