Ham and pea gnocchi

    Step 1

    Cook the gnocchi in a pan of boiling water until they rise to the surface; drain.

    Step 2

    Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce the temperature, add one third of the grated cheese and stir until it’s melted.

    Step 3

    Stir in the peas and ham, then pour over the cooked gnocchi and stir to combine.

    Step 4

    Transfer the mixture into a large ovenproof dish, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake at 220°C/fan 200°C for approx 15-20 mins until golden.
