Green lentil and chorizo soup

    Step 1

    Heat the oil in a large pan, add onions and fry for 3-4 mins. Then add chorizo slices and fry for another 3-4 mins.

    Step 2

    Add flour, stir well and pour in the water.

    Step 3

    Add stock cubes, lentils, marjoram, paprika and garlic, bring to the boil and simmer for approx 30 mins until the lentils are tender.

    Step 4

    Season to taste and serve with a dollop of crème fraîche.
