Garlic and Coriander Naan Bread

I love naan bread, fresh off the pan, still warm and dunked in curry 🤤
Below is such an easy recipe it almost feels you’re cheating but let me tell you if this is what cheating feels like, count me in! 😋
Ingredients
Directions
In a medium sized bowl, mix together flour, 1tbsp garlic granules, coriander and salt.
Add yoghurt and mix to form a dough (add more flour if too wet, more yoghurt if too dry)
Turn out onto floured surface and knead for 2-3mins
Divide dough into 4 equal balls and use a rolling pin to create thin naan shape
Heat butter in frying pan over high heat and cook each naan individually for approx 2 mins in each side or until slightly blackened in parts.
Remove from pan and brush with garlic butter made by melting 50g butter and 1tsp garlic granules in microwave
