Flaxseed Crackers

    Step 1

    Put all dry ingredients in a bowl, add water and stir well. Leave to stand for 5mins so that the mixture firms up.

    Step 2

    Put the mixture on a sheet of baking paper and roll out thinly. Transfer onto a baking sheet (including the paper). Using a pizza cutter, score the rolled out dough into rectangles.

    Step 3

    Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan) for 15 mins, then slide out the baking paper and break up the crackers to separate them from each other on the baking sheet, so they crisp up nicely. Return to the oven for further 5mins or until crispy. Leave to cool on the baking tray and store in an airtight container.
