    Step 1

    - Preheat oven to 160 degrees. - Sieve 2 teacups of caster sugar, ¼ teacup self-raising flour, and ¾ teacup bornville cocoa. Sieve into bowl together and mix well! - Melt 8oz of stork over low heat - In a bowl, beat 4 eggs together with a splash of vanilla essence - Add melted stork into dry ingredients and mix really well. - Immediately mix in half of the beaten eggs followed by the second half and mix quickly and thoroughly. Pour into a lines baking tray and bake for 30-35 mins. Ready when middle is firm to touch.
